MIRAGEN Clinic (hereinafter referred to as “the Clinic”) values the personal information of our patients and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws. The Clinic operates its website without a separate membership registration process and may collect the following minimal information when using consultation and appointment services.

- Collection Methods: Consultation requests/bulletin boards on the website, telephone, KakaoTalk channel consultations, Naver reservation integration

The collected personal information is used only for the following purposes.
- Medical Appointments and Consultations: Naver reservation confirmation, medical consultations and schedule guidance via KakaoTalk/telephone
- Provision of Medical Services: Securing basic data for diagnosis and treatment
- Complaint Handling: Responding to inquiries and processing complaints, establishing smooth communication channels
3. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information
In principle, users’ personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, when retention is required by relevant laws, information is retained as follows.
- Consultation and Appointment Information: Until the consultation purpose is achieved (however, medical records and other documents required by the Medical Service Act are retained in accordance with statutory periods)
- Records of Website Visits: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
4. Notice Regarding Use of External Platforms
The Clinic provides connections to Naver reservation and KakaoTalk consultation services for user convenience. When using these platforms (Naver, Kakao, etc.), personal information collected by each service provider is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. This policy applies to information transmitted to the Clinic.
5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
The Clinic does not outsource personal information processing to external companies and manages it directly. Should outsourcing become necessary for service improvement in the future, we will notify you through this policy.
