Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Use is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of MIRAGEN Clinic (hereinafter the “Clinic”) and users in connection with the use of the website services provided by the Clinic.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- “User” means a person who accesses the website and uses the services provided by the Clinic in accordance with these Terms.
- “Services” means all services available to users through the website, including appointment booking links, consultation links, and provision of medical information, regardless of the device used (PC, mobile, etc.).
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)
- The “Clinic” posts the contents of these Terms on the main page of the website so that users can easily review them.
- The “Clinic” may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws and regulations, and will provide notice on the website from seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment.
Article 4 (Service Details and Provision)
- The “Clinic” provides the following services through the website:
- Provision of medical information and clinic news
- Convenient appointment booking and consultation through links to external platforms (Naver Booking, KakaoTalk Channel, etc.)
- Other services as determined by the “Clinic”
- The “Clinic” shall not be liable for any service disruptions or disputes arising from the use of external platforms (Naver, Kakao, etc.) in the course of providing appointment booking and consultation services, unless caused by the Clinic’s intent or gross negligence.
Article 5 (Limitations of the Medical Information Service)
- All medical information provided on the website is for general reference only and cannot, under any circumstances, replace an in-person consultation and diagnosis by a medical specialist.
- Users must not self-diagnose or decide on treatment based solely on the information on the website, and must visit the “Clinic” for professional consultation.
Article 6 (Ownership of Copyright)
- Copyright in the website content (text, photos, design, etc.) created by the “Clinic” belongs to the “Clinic”.
- Users may not use the website information for commercial purposes, such as reproducing, transmitting, or distributing it, without the prior consent of the “Clinic”.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
- The “Clinic” shall be exempt from liability for providing the services if it is unable to provide the services due to a natural disaster or other force majeure of a similar nature.
- The “Clinic” shall not be liable for any service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the user.
Article 8 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
- In the event of a dispute related to the use of the services, the “Clinic” and the user shall consult in good faith to reach an amicable resolution.
- If litigation is filed despite such consultation, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the “Clinic” shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
